Learn the steps for developing supportive relationships and starting conversation with children about sensitive topics such as suicide, homosexuality and drug use, among others.

This Chit-Chat & Coffee group format allows your voice to be heard and provides an opportunity for your personal needs to be met, gain emotional empowerment and reconnect with personal values.

  • Designed for adult loved ones of people with mental health conditions

  • Led by family members of people with mental health conditions

  • No specific medical therapy or treatment is endorsed
