At Hope Plaza/Hope Esperanza, our volunteers are the heartbeat of everything we do. Whether you have an hour a week or a unique professional skill, there is a place for you to make a meaningful difference in Western Washington.

If your unique skills are not listed below, please reach out or complete the form below. We always welcome new ideas for meeting our community needs!

  • Meal Prep & Serving: Help cook and serve our monthly warm Community Meals.

    Pantry Packing: Fill up and assemble essential food and diaper boxes for local families.

    Delivery Driver: Deliver vital resources directly to the doorsteps of neighbors in need.

  • Resource Fair Interpreter: Break down language barriers by translating for clients at major events.

    Event Logistics: Help with setup and teardown, or manage the donations table.

    Ambassador: Represent our organization at community tables and outreach events.

  • Groundskeeping & Cleaning: Keep our community hub clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.

    Gardening: Help maintain our green spaces.

    Child Care: Provide supervised care so parents can fully participate in our educational programs.

  • Youth Mentors: Guide and inspire the next generation through our Youth Leadership Pipeline.
